Quality of Care:
We are here to provide you with a complete veterinary service emphasizing excellence in patient care and customer service. In addition to a wide range of veterinary outpatient services, we are equipped to provide virtually all surgical and dental services to our clients' pets. We treat your pets as if they were our own and are committed to providing compassionate care for your animal companions.

State of the art equipment and medication enable the doctors to provide the highest quality diagnostics, anesthesia, surgery dental care and therapeutics. Our recent expansion allowed us to add an “ultrasound machine, a fiber optic endoscope, a dental radiograph machine, new intensive care and isolation wards, and more examination rooms”.

Because this is a hospital, all animals must have current vaccinations before being admitted for any elective procedures such as spays, neuters, dentals, grooming, or other surgeries.

Cats coming in to board with us must be current on the intranasal Bordetella Feline vaccine. We would like the cat to have received the vaccine at least 72 hours before boarding. Please plan accordingly. We also board birds and pocket pets.

Leashes & Carriers:
We appreciate it when your dogs are on leashes and your cats are in carriers when you visit our clinic. We are located next to a busy street and we would not want any of your pets escaping. Please be sure to have your children ask permission to touch other client's pets, not all animals are friendly with strangers.

Our receptionists may ask you to hold your pet in your vehicle if we suspect they may have a contagious disease, such as kennel cough, to avoid contamination of our waiting room.

We do see emergency patients when they are presented. Thus we ask your cooperation and understanding if we are not able to see your pet at the appointed time. We want to assure you that if your pet is critically ill, his/her needs will come first also.

Payment is requested at the time of release of your pet from our hospital. We will gladly give you a written estimate for all services we are recommending for your pet so you can budget for future work.

We accept Visa, Master Cards, Discover/Novus cards, CareCredit and American Express cards, as well as debit cards, cash and checks.
